WCL is preparing a facilitated-use Department Edition for a small leadership team. The proposed format pairs selected toolkit cases with six 30-minute, leader-led discussions and a simple review of what participants put into practice.
The pilot is by inquiry, not available for instant purchase. Scope, price, participant limit, delivery, permitted internal use and any facilitator materials must be agreed in writing before payment. Individual purchases do not automatically include pilot materials or team rights.

Use fictional teaching cases. Discussions do not replace urgent escalation, required reporting or your facility’s policies.
Tell us about your team.
Include the number of participants, their roles, the toolkit or problem you want to focus on, whether use is within one department or several sites, and who would lead the discussions. Do not include confidential workplace records.
Live WCL facilitation, coaching and continuing-education credit are not included unless separately offered and agreed. No such service or credit is promised by this inquiry page.
