This page summarizes delivery, final-sale, and technical-replacement terms for West Clinical Leadership digital products. The disclosure presented on the product page and before payment also forms part of the transaction terms.

West Clinical Leadership digital products are one-time purchases unless a product page and checkout explicitly state otherwise. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or required future purchase for the Executive Planner, Leadership Decision Desk Six-Set Pilot, Interview Sprint Self-Service Command Pack, or Perioperative Leader Launch System.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered through the download method shown at checkout and in the order confirmation. Save the customer ZIP and a copy of the confirmation. Customers are responsible for using a device and software capable of opening the disclosed PDF, Microsoft Word, or ZIP formats.
Final-sale policy
Because access to digital files is provided after purchase, all digital-product sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method and remains subject to payment-processor timing.
Technical replacement
If a purchased file is defective, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from the disclosed delivery contents, use the Contact page and select product support. Include the purchaser name, order email, order date, product name, and a concise description of the technical problem. Do not send patient, employee, legal-case, privileged, proprietary, or confidential workplace information. West Clinical Leadership may provide access assistance or a replacement file after verifying the order.
Services and future releases
West Clinical Review and any private Interview Sprint service begin with an inquiry. Availability, scope, fee, and separate engagement terms are confirmed before any service is booked or accepted. Books or resources marked as in development are not available for preorder unless the applicable page expressly states otherwise.
