Use your checkout email.
After payment is confirmed, Wix sends a download link to the email address used at checkout. Open that email and save the PDF to your device. Check spam or junk if the email is missing.
If the link is missing, expired or not working, contact purchase support with your order email, product and order reference. Do not send card numbers or confidential workplace records.

- Tap it to read. Use the contents links or open it in a PDF reader with bookmarks.
- For typing, use a form-supporting PDF app and test saving one entry.
Android
- Save the PDF in your Downloads folder.
- Open it in your PDF reader and choose a section from the contents.
- Use a form-supporting app for worksheets; save, close and reopen a test entry.
Windows or Mac
- Save the PDF somewhere you can find again.
- Open it in a PDF reader and use the bookmarks.
- Save a working copy before filling worksheets. Print only the pages you need.
Keep the original PDF as a backup. If you bought an earlier ZIP edition, extract it first: tap it in iPhone Files, choose Extract in your Android file manager, use Extract All on Windows or double-click it on Mac. Earlier purchases retain the files and terms supplied with that order.

To read: open the PDF in your preferred PDF reader. On a small screen, zoom or use the reader’s available reading options.
To type: use the fillable working pages in a PDF app that supports form fields. No Word files are supplied. A phone’s browser preview may display a form without saving entries reliably.
Before doing the work: save a copy, enter one nonsensitive test line, close it and reopen it to confirm the entry remains. PDF fields have fixed space; use additional PDF pages or printed sheets for longer answers. A computer or tablet gives more room for writing and printing.
Keep confidential information in your organization’s approved systems. These are individual-use files; team sharing requires separate written terms.
