Educational use
West Clinical Leadership resources are general educational preparation tools. They do not interpret employer policy, review an individual case, determine disciplinary action, or replace HR, legal, compliance, labor-relations, risk, clinical, finance, accreditation, or executive guidance.
Digital products and prices
One-time prices are $29 USD for the 90-Day Leadership Planner, $39 USD for Leadership Decision Desk, $39 USD for Interview Sprint and $59 USD for the Perioperative Leader Launch System. Review the final price and any applicable tax at checkout before paying.
Each digital toolkit is a digital download licensed to the individual purchaser unless a separate written team or organizational license states otherwise. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, required future purchase, continuing-education credit, professional certification, or guarantee of a leadership, employment, financial, staffing, patient, reimbursement, accreditation, or operational result.
Professional boundaries
Use your organization’s required policies and authorized support channels. For immediate safety, patient-care, legal, reportable-conduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, threat, abuse, fraud, or diversion concerns, follow required reporting and escalation procedures. Do not wait for a resource or website reply.
Interview and professional inquiries
