How do I learn with WCL?
Read a worked example, practice a decision and use the matching worksheet to prepare your next step. The toolkits are self-directed, one-time purchases. Live coaching and a membership are not currently offered. The free interactive tools are educational previews, with optional saving on your device.
What is included in Leadership Decision Desk?
One bookmarked PDF includes two core guides: Integrity, Accountability and Conversations, and Developing People and Careers. They add eight lessons with worked cases, practice challenges and fillable action pages. A foundational Field Manual, 30-day practice guide, application pages and Start Here complete the package. The one-time price remains $39 USD.
Who is the Leadership Decision Desk for?
New, interim and established perioperative leaders who need to address accountability, respond to difficult emotions, coach new nurses and frontline staff, develop high performers or discuss promotion readiness. Use the teaching within your responsibilities and local processes.
What does the perioperative leadership work cover?
Four core areas connect the products: operational performance; integrity, accountability and difficult conversations; developing people and careers; and surgeon relationships and service. Launch teaches first-case starts, turnover, productivity, capacity, service-line growth and surgeon service. Decision Desk develops people and conversation skills.
What is Interview Sprint?
Interview Sprint provides one bookmarked PDF with guides and fillable worksheets for truthful application evidence and challenging leadership interviews: preparation, evidence worksheets, mock-panel practice, application and follow-up examples, responsible use and fillable first-session pages. Practice ratings support improvement; they do not predict hiring or certify readiness.
Are the books and resources available now?
The three books are previews and are not available for purchase. The four digital toolkits are separate paid-download products; each product page explains the price, included files and first task. Books have no purchase or preorder button. A product inquiry is not an order.
What comes with the 90-Day Leadership Planner?
One 46-page PDF with worked examples, setup pages, 13 weekly planning and review spreads, 30-, 60- and 90-day checkpoints, and optional conversation and decision tools. It is undated and reusable for your own professional use. Print selected pages or type brief entries; fields have fixed space and do not calculate.
Do I need both the Launch System and the First 90 book?
No. Launch includes practical teaching on operational performance and surgeon service, plus an Appointment Field Guide, planning examples and fillable tools. It works independently and does not include the book. The First 90 book remains preview only.
What is the refund policy for digital products?
If a file is missing, faulty or does not match its description, contact WCL for help under the limited refund policy. The policy also covers eligible cancellations before access, duplicate charges and approved exceptional circumstances. Mandatory legal rights remain protected.
